The opposite of busy software.

Most tools for small businesses ask too much. Logins, dashboards, mobile apps, training videos, monthly webinars. We think a tool earns its keep by disappearing — by doing its job in the channels people already use, and otherwise staying out of the way.

We design products that fit inside a working day. No accounts to manage. No tabs left open. A florist should be able to take a wedding order between deliveries; a nail technician should be able to update her hours with one hand; a plumber should never be asked to learn a CMS.

Raul is the first product out of the studio, and the one we're putting our weight behind. But it's the start of a small catalogue, not the end. We're already sketching the next two — both in the same family: tools that meet small business owners where they are, instead of asking them to come to us.
